Terms and Conditions of the Warranty for Home Form Brand Products
All products purchased from Home Form stores are covered by a two-year warranty and four years of after-sales service, subject to the following conditions:
All chandelier and lighting products purchased from Home Form branches and authorized dealers are covered by this warranty and the following conditions for one year warranty and two years after-sales service.
The body (connections and appearance) and color fastness of chandelier and lighting products are covered by a 1-year warranty.
After-sales service for chandelier and lighting products includes the supply of parts, fittings, and crystals for 2 years.
If parts cannot be supplied due to discontinuance of production, they will be replaced with a similar model.
* All defects are covered by the warranty if the installation, repair, and relocation of the product is carried out by Home Form specialists and the product defect is determined by the experts in the after-sales service department to be a “production” defect.
- Defects related to non-illumination of lamps, internal wiring problems of the chandelier, malfunction of lamp holders and remote controls that occur after the 7-day period following the initial installation time (testing period).
- Burns and defects related to lamps and their supply are not covered by the warranty and after-sales service.
- If an expert is called and it is determined that the defects cannot be rectified on site (outside the initial testing period), the cost of transporting the product to the after-sales service center shall be borne by the buyer.
- Home Form is not responsible for limitations related to installation in locations that lack suitable fixtures and fittings in the ceiling and walls (suspended ceilings and walls without hooks commensurate with the weight of the products or lack of hooks or chains commensurate with the purchased item, problems related to inappropriate ceiling height compared to the purchased items and installation in locations with ceilings higher than 4 meters).
- Home Form is not responsible for problems related to the defect or absence of electrical wiring at the requested installation location and its supply and execution. Please note that these items must be checked before purchasing the product. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for any issues.
- The warranty does not cover the cost of initial installation, reinstallation, lifting (installation at height), or other related expenses.
Failure to follow the specified type and usage method for the product and installation in unsuitable locations.
Dropping and damaging the chandelier due to requesting installation in a location that the expert has rejected.
Using alkaline and acidic cleaning agents to clean chandeliers, which can damage the paint, body, and fittings of the chandelier (use only a damp cloth for cleaning).
Problems that occur in relation to all consumable items of the chandelier, including screws, lamps, remote control, wiring, etc., and that occur outside the 7-day testing period from the time of product installation.
Relocation and reinstallation of the chandelier by unauthorized persons in a location other than the original installation location.
The chandelier warranty is only valid in Iran and at the original installation address.
Defects caused by natural disasters, impact, fire, penetration of liquids or chemicals, breakage, scratches, deformation, rust, power fluctuations, or defects related to use in polluted and dusty environments, the presence of humidity and high temperatures, which are determined by the expert and according to the product usage instructions to be outside the defined conditions, changing and replacing parts, disconnecting and connecting connections while the device is on, tampering, adjusting, or repairing by unauthorized persons will also void the product from the warranty.
